Xiamen Kingfeels Energy Technology is the main subsidiary of Fujian Shuangheng Group, who hasaccumulated 33 years experience in manufacturing aluminum products and 10 years experience inmanufacturing steel products.
We have mold making center and develop all molds by ourselves. The whole processing proceduresincluding extrusion, machining, anodizing, powder coating,inspection, and packing should pass ourstrict quality control management system and be completed in our own factory.Covering area is 200,000 square meter, 13 buildings has been buit, with 7 aluminum extrusion linesand 7 steel rolling lines, maximum annual production capacity can be 1.5GW.
Raw Materials
Steel plates are procured according to project requirements. After quality inspection and confirmation, the materials are stored in the steel warehouse.
Cutting Machine
This is a laser cutting machine from the brand HUSTECH, commonly used for metal plate processing. It utilizes a laser beam to precisely melt or vaporize materials, enabling accurate cutting of various shapes.
Roll Forming Machine
This machine processes metal plates or strips into C-shaped steel sections by gradually shaping them through multiple sets of rotating rollers.
Punching Machine
C-shaped steel undergoes processing with multiple CNC punching machines and auxiliary equipment. These CNC machines precisely control the position, size, and shape of punches, enabling efficient batch processing of metal tubes while enhancing production efficiency and machining accuracy.
Bending Machine
Electro-hydraulic CNC bending machines improve the precision and efficiency of secondary processing, ensuring higher product quality stability.
Robotic Arm
Automated robotic welding arms enhance welding precision and production efficiency.
